Fr. Caius

 I am Father Caius, (姬凱思).  I was born in Kenya in 1986/04/05.  

At the age of 10 I had an interest of becoming a Priest. This inspiration came because I loved going and serving at Mass and when I saw Priests celebrating Holy Mass, I also wanted to be like them.

While in the high school I wrote the application letter to join Consolata Missionaries. In 2009 August I was accepted to join the Seminary and began the year of Propaedeutic (Spiritual year) in Kenya.

In 2011 to 2013 I joined the University for Philosophical studies in Kenya. In 2014 I joined the Novitiate for one year in Kenya. After the first profession, in 2015 I was sent to South Africa for four years of Theological studies and one year of service.

I was ordained Deacon in South Africa and was sent back to Kenya in 2019 in preparation for Priestly Ordination. I was Ordained a Priest in 2020/08/06 in Kenya then sent to Italy for one year of Italian language.

There after I was sent to Taiwan for my first mission. I arrived in Taiwan in 2022/06/01. After studying the two years of Chinese language, the Bishop appointed me to be the Assistant Parish Priest at Sacred Heart of Jesus Hsinchu Diocese.
